Manufacturing Process

They are made by cold rolled galvanized sheet, and then treated by degreasing, phosphating, chromate and others, coated withorganic fluorine resin coating. They are manufactures through a continuous baking and a variety of profiling machine. The profiling sheet also called corrugated steel sheet is rich-colored, excellent decorative. It is coating has good adhesion, high tenacity; lifespan can reach more than 30 years. And color steel sheet is high fireproofing, which is applicative in 500°C

Summary  about color-coated steel plate:

1. Color-coated steel plate is produced with cold-rolled steel plate as substrate, galvanized with zinc, zinc-aluminum or nickel etc. Chemical treatment(degree, phosphate, chromate treatment)is made on the surface. Top coating(roller coating) is applied and then the product is oven cured for color plate has advantages of better coating performance, lower cost, less environmental pollution, and energy-saving as well.
